Mo'Jones selected as talent of the Month July on www.hitquarters.com MO'JONES popAlthough Mo’Jones, from Sittard, The Netherlands, is a solo artist, his brother, Skinnie Jones, contributes to his material. The 2002 release of his album, “Strong Man”, which was written and arranged by the siblings during a year’s stay at the Leijenbroek monastery in their hometown, was greeted with positive reviews in the Dutch press.The single, “Where The Sun Stopped Shining”, reached the Top 40 and was playlisted at stations such as Noordzee FM, 3 FM, Dutch National Radio 2, and Belgian National Radio stations 1 and 2. Mo’Jones has played dates across The Netherlands in support of the album and can next be seen on 12 July at the North Sea Jazz Festival in The Hague.
