Het Hongaarse Szigetfestival komt met een nieuwe opzet van een aantal podia en maakt de eerste namen bekend voor de line-up van 2011.
De eerste namen voor Mainstage zijn Pulp, Dizzee Rascal, Smash Mouth, Rise Against, Flogging Molly, Interpol, The National, Gogol Bordello en Chemical Brothers.

The BBC 'Sound of'-list is designed to highlight the most exciting musical talent for the coming year 2010 and the artists have been picked by 165 UK-based tastemakers.
They each named their favourite three new acts and those with the most votes were put on the list. The top five and winner was unveiled in January.
