Roog Joins Extended Music

On July 1, DJ-record producer link'>link'>Roog will switch over to link'>Extended Music – the new kid on the dance music block. The Dutch house music icon believes that his move to link'>Extended Music will offer him plenty of new challenges and opportunities. With the support of its founding fathers link'>Sony Music and link'>AT Productions, newly created link'>Extended Music has now become active in artist management, concert and event bookings, as well record production. One of link'>link'>Roog’s first steps at link'>Extended Music will be to produce his first ever album packed with his own tracks. The disc will be released around the world by link'>Sony Music.

link'>Ronald Molendijk, Creative Director of link'>Extended Music, says, “”We take great pride and delight in the fact that a renowned artist like link'>link'>Roog has teamed up with us. Together, we will be realizing the next phase in his career. I see it as my personal challenge to bring this style, taste and music to an even wider audience."

In addition, link'>link'>Roog has partnered up with his brother link'>Greg van Bueren to create link'>Hardsoul. Together with link'>Chocolate Puma, the two of them compiled the prestigious album link'>Amsterdam in the House on the Defected label in 2009. The two brothers also run their own two record labels, called link'>Hardsoul Productions and link'>R&G Electronics. Among link'>Hardsoul’s credits are international hits and several awards, including Golden Gnomes (Gouden Kabouters) and International House Music Awards.
